OVERVIEW
Lois began singing professionally at the age of 16 after winning an EMI scholarship to study at the prestigious BIMM music school in West London. Since then, she has performed at the Aldwych Theatre in London’s West End, as well as at some of the capital’s most renowned jazz venues, including Ronnie Scott’s.
Lois first discovered the benefits of meditation and sound healing while recovering from postnatal depression. Experiencing their transformative effects inspired her to help others discover these simple yet powerful practices for reducing stress and supporting overall wellbeing.
Today, Lois runs weekly wellbeing sessions in West London, combining sound healing, breathwork, voice activation and somatic movement to create deeply restorative experiences.
Alongside her healing practice, Lois is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy, with a passion for bridging spirituality and science. Prior to this, she studied psychology, where her dissertation explored the effects of sound healing and demonstrated significant reductions in stress, anxiety and depression among participants. She hopes to continue her research by exploring the impact of breathwork on mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Above all, Lois is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels heard, supported and connected with like-minded individuals.
